C & Z PURLIN SEMI-AUTO ROLL FORMING MACHINE

1.    FEATURES: It is taking the advantage of manual non-level adjustment for producing varied specification of C & Z purlins, in no need of roller changing.

2.    PLC CONTROL: The production of hole-punching, cutting-off and roll-forming is operated automatically, after the data, such as purlin length, vertical distance between holes, required purlin quantity, etc., is set on touchable screen.

3.    COMPOSITION: It is composed of decoiler, material guider, leveler, 2-station hydraulic puncher, hydraulic cutter, quick-changed-roller roll-former, electronic control system, hydraulic system, etc.

4.    DRIVEN METHOD: It is driven by a speed reducer motor and converter, under reliable punching position control, speed control and length control.

5.    ROLLFORMING PRODUCTION PROCESS: Steel Material Coil -- Decoiler -- Manual Guider -- Leveler -- Hydraulic Cutter -- Rollformer -- Straightener -- Finished C / Z Purlin Profile -- Run-Out Table -- PLC Controller
